We are responsible for processing your personal data.

2. Services Provided

Studio 51 offers audio and visual production services, including but not limited to:

• Recording, production, mixing, and mastering

• Audiobook and podcast production

• Video and photography services

• Graphic design and branding

• Mentorship and creative support

Details of each service, including pricing and scope, are agreed upon before the project begins.

3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings must be made in advance via our website, email, or direct communication.

• A deposit may be required to secure studio time. Deposits are non-refundable unless Studio 51 cancels the session.

• Final payment must be made before delivery of the finished product.

• Accepted payment methods: [bank transfer, card, mobile payment, etc.].

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will not be charged (excluding deposits).

• Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the booking.

• Sessions can be rescheduled subject to availability.

5. Use of Studio & Conduct

• Clients must respect the studio, equipment, and staff.

• Damages caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the client.

• Studio 51 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone acting in an abusive, unsafe, or unprofessional manner.

6. Intellectual Property & Rights

• Clients retain full ownership of their masters, recordings, and creative works unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Studio 51 retains ownership of original production elements (beats, visuals, designs) until full payment is received.

• By using our services, you grant Studio 51 the right to use non-confidential snippets or visuals for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Delivery & Revisions

• Delivery timelines will be agreed upon in advance.

• Each project includes [1–2] rounds of revisions, depending on the service. Additional revisions may be charged separately.

• Files will be delivered digitally in standard formats unless otherwise specified.

8. Liability

• Studio 51 is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of income, business opportunities, or reputation resulting from project delays or technical issues.

• While we take every precaution to safeguard your files, clients are responsible for keeping backups of their materials.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish data protection law. Please see our [Privacy Policy] for details on how we handle your information.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Finnish law.
Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes may be referred to the District Court of Helsinki or the competent Finnish court. Consumers also have the right to contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
